KATHMANDU, May 29: The government has announced the National Employment Promotion Program with an allocation of Rs 19.9 million for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2025/26. This was outlined by Finance Minister Bishnu Paudel in his budget speech at the joint session of the federal parliament.
The speech also emphasised measures to tackle unemployment by enhancing the skills and competencies of the youth workforce.
