Labour Market Trends Study in Nepal

The objective of the study was to analyse current trends and patterns of migration and provide an assessment of the roles and activities of government and private organisations in relation to the existing policies and systems directed at information, preparation, and recruitment of labour migrants. It was expected that the assessment will inform recommendations directed at policies, strategies and interventions that need to be developed or strengthened in Nepal in order to facilitate and improve support mechanisms for labour migrants.
