Andrea Upadhya holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a focus on Global Affairs and a minor in World History from Texas Wesleyan University. She has worked with the UNDP in Nepal to facilitate the Green Climate Fund’s Readiness & Preparatory Support Programme, helping prepare the Government of Nepal and Ministry of Finance to access international funding to combat climate change. She has also served as a Public Governance and e-Governance research fellow with the secretariat of MP Sumana Shrestha. Her research interests include migration, public policy, governance, and climate change.
