This paper presents some of the key statistics relating to Nepali women’s migration for foreign jobs. The findings are based on an analysis of publicly available migration-related data and raw datasets provided by government institutions, including the National Population and Housing Census, the Nepal Living Standards Survey, the Nepal Labour Force Survey, the Foreign Employment Information Management System and the Foreign Employment Welfare Management System.
