The Act was introduced to provide for issues relating to foreign employment. ‘Preamble: Whereas it is expedient to control and manage as well as to maintain economic interests and conveniences of the general public. It has been amended thrice, first amended in 2049, second in 2054 and then recently in 2064 BS.’
