Nepali nationals injured in West Asia rise to 28, one still hospitalized

The number of Nepali citizens injured in West Asia has reached 28, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Friday.

At a regular press briefing, Ministry of Foreign Affair (MoFA) Spokesperson Lok Bahadur Paudel Chhetri confirmed that 27 individuals have already recovered and returned home, while one person remains hospitalized but is out of danger.

According to the ministry, the injuries occurred following attacks involving Iran and other West Asian countries.

Officials said they are closely monitoring the situation and coordinating with concerned authorities for the safety and support of Nepali nationals in the region.
