Body of Nepali killed in Iran drone attack in Kuwait being brought home today

The body of a Nepali national who died in an Iranian drone attack in northern Kuwait last Thursday is being repatriated to Nepal, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA).Tourist Destinations

Issuing a statement, the MoFA said the body of Som Kumar Tamang of Tehrathum is being brought back to Nepal on Saturday through Kuwait Airways.

The Ministry said the Nepali Embassy in Kuwait completed the repatriation process in coordination with local authorities and the concerned company.

Expressing grief over the incident, the government extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family of Tamang. The MoFA added that it remains committed to providing necessary support and coordination in matters involving Nepali citizens abroad.
