Metropolitan Police Crime Division on Thursday arrested two persons, including a woman, for allegedly defrauding many persons of cash with the promise of sending them to South Korea for employment. According to MPCD, Dambar Bahadur Basnet, 35, of Jhapa and Rita Gurung Dangi, 42, of Lalitpur had collected Rs 3.4 million from Laxmi Rai of Morang and Radha Neupane of Syangja before going out of contact with the victims. - HNS
