Five Nepali migrant workers, who were cheated by their recruitment agency, have been rescued from Qatar. They were rescued after Safer Migration Project (SaMi) filed a complaint against the recruitment agency based in Diktel, Khotang, citing that the five migrant workers were not given work and pay as mentioned in their contracts. The rescued workers have been identified as Rajendra Khadka, Karna Bahadur Khadka and Dhanakeshar Giri of Khotang, Prakash Rai of Udayapur; and Bishal Chaudhary of Dang.
